How to Order Parts

You can order professional grade parts directly from us at discounted prices. Our prices are substantially reduced from the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price), and an overwhelming majority of our products are exclusive to the professional market. These are normally available only at commercial outlets, so our discount can save you a lot of money.

Here's how to order products from us:

1. Visit our on-line catalog pages and select the items you want to purchase
   • Select the catalog page you want to browse. Our pages include sections with Valves, Rotor Sprinklers, Spray Sprinklers, Drip Irrigation, Backflow / Supply, Controllers, Sensors, and Miscellaneous items like valve boxes, wire and twist on wire connectors.
2. On each individual page in the catalog and beside the item you wish to purchase, press the "Add to Cart" button.
   • Each time you add an item to your cart, the contents of your shopping cart will be displayed.
3. Your cart will automatically show a quantity of one (1) for each item you choose. If you wish to purchase more than one of a given item, enter the quantity you need in the "Qty" box, then press the "Update Cart" button just below the shopping cart list. You can change quantities and delete items from your cart as you wish while shopping.
4. Return to our catalog pages as often as you need to select items and add them to your cart. The catalog pages will remain open behind the shopping cart window.
5. Once you are satisfied with your order and you're ready to enter your name, address and billing information, select the shopping cart window and proceed to our secure checkout page by pressing the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping cart window.
6. If you have never payed through the PayPal service before, press the "Click Here" button for first time users. If you already have a PayPal account enter the email address associated with your PayPal account in the "Email Address" entry box, and enter your password in the "PayPal Password" entry field. (Note that you have established a secure connection by this point as shown by the "https://" web address in the location field, and the closed lock icon in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window.)
7. Enter your payment and shipping information and follow the instructions on the "Payment Details" page. When you are finished with this page, proceed to the secure "Order Confirmation" page by pressing the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
8. You're almost done! On the order confirmation page, verify the order details and click on the "Pay" button. Your order will be placed only after you press the "Pay" button.
9. Congratulations, you have placed an order through the WaterTips web site, and our team will be pulling parts to fill your order soon. If you have questions about typical shipping times please refer to our map of typical shipping times.

As you can see, you will have many opportunities to review your order before placing it, so don't hesitate to add items to your cart as you explore our site. You will have plenty of opportunities to remove these items or modify the contents of your shopping cart before submitting your order to us.

Shipping information:
We normally ship your order by UPS or FedEx ground transport. Packages arrive at their destination within 4 to 9 business days in most cases. Please look at our map of typical delivery times for orders to see how long it will take for standard orders to arrive. Actual times may vary by one or two days from the typical time.

We do not charge shipping charges for orders over $200 to destinations within the continental U.S. Our shipping and handling charges for orders under $200 are summarized in the table below. You'll see a summary of shipping charges for your order before you submit it to us using our secure on-line ordering system described above.
